Tullipan Homes are designers and builders of homes and split level home designs for sloping sites on the Central Coast, NSW. Clientele consist of homebuyers looking to acquire quality and our designs range from the 20 square Fitzroy single storey design, to our split-level 50 square Bundeena triple story design.

We have access to a highly skilled team of Architects, Designers, Surveyors and Town Planners and the ability to tackle any development project from the initial concept design through to final drawings, all compliant with Local Council and Local Authorities Development conditions.

Tullipan Homes are sloping site specialists offering flexible home building with tailored designs to suit the Central Coasts' sloping sites and waterfront properties. Our range of house designs also covers homestead style designs for rural properties.

Some of the developments we have been associated with include: land development and creation of residential sub divisions, dual occupancy villas and townhouse design and development, as well as design and construction of Architectural style executive residences.

Our Building Zone

Our Head office is located at Tuggerah on the Central Coast of NSW close to the Tuggerah exit of the Sydney Newcastle Freeway. We operate from Suite 18 in the Tuggerah Business Park, down the road from Westfield & across the road from the Homemaker Super center.

We have a quality two storey sloping site design, the Mayfield MKII - Upslope design, currently on display at 94 Constitution Drive, Cameron Park.

It is open from 10am to 5pm on Saturday and Sundays.

Our general building zone encompasses our local Gosford and Wyong shires along with Newcastle to our North & Sydney to our South. There are selected areas of Sydney which are outside of our Building zone. Our general rule in regard to the boundaries of our building zone is based on a maximum 1.5 hours travel time, from our home base at Tuggerah Business park on the Central Coast of NSW
