Newport MK7

The Newport MK 7 is one of our latest additions to our designs for the high side of the street. This design includes Living areas + all bedrooms upstairs, which open out onto your raised backyard level. This is a great design to cater for sloping home sites where there is a view advantage to the elevated living areas. The design includes a large Balcony positioned over the Garage taking advantage of a forward outlook. The design is 13m in width, meaning that it can be placed on a narrow lot size of 15m in width.
