Keylargo MK4

This version of the popular Key Largo home boasts elevated living areas and an expansive balcony along the front of the house. The design was created to provide a separate space for parents with the master bedroom and ensuite situated downstairs and the three kids' bedrooms upstairs. The design meets the kids' needs as there is a rumpus room located next to their bedrooms creating an ideal kid zone.

The design includes an expansive open-plan living area that has a kitchen, dining room, living room, balcony, and a study. The modern Metro style facade has great street appeal with a large balcony, a Skillion roof profile with colorbond metal roofing, Hardies' feature weatherboards, and bag and paint finish to the Porch facade.
