This home is designed specifically for downslope sites taking every opportunity to make the most of the available land. 

 

This home is unique in that the garage is located on the first floor. This is a design decision that was made to accommodate for steeper sites. The ground floor will be built into the site alongside the driveway.

 

This design is created for families and those who love to entertain. The home includes a large open-plan living space that has a dining area, a kitchen, a living room, and a balcony. The kitchen offers lots of additional storage space through the inclusion of an island bench and a large walk-in pantry.  

 

The kid's bedrooms, rumpus area, and bathroom are all located downstairs, giving them their own space. The master bedroom is located on the first floor and includes a large ensuite and walk-in robe.
